Welcome to Haven AI. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Haven AI mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Haven AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Haven AI.
2. Description of Service
Haven AI is an AI-powered home design application that provides the following features:
- Interior Design: AI-generated interior decoration and styling suggestions
- Exterior Design: Home exterior design and renovation ideas
- Virtual Staging: Furnishing and decorating empty rooms
- Garden Design: Landscape and garden planning
- Style Transfer: Applying design styles from one image to another
- New Walls & Flooring: Visualizing wall and floor changes
- Partial Design: Replace, add, or clean up elements in your images
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Haven AI. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. User Account and API Keys
4.1 API Key Requirements
Haven AI requires API keys from third-party AI services to function. You are responsible for:
- Obtaining valid API keys from authorized providers
- Keeping your API keys secure and confidential
- All costs associated with API usage
- Complying with the terms of service of API providers
4.2 Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any credentials used with the App. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use Haven AI for lawful purposes related to home design, decoration, and visualization.
5.2 Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload images containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Upload images that violate third-party intellectual property rights
- Use the App to create misleading or fraudulent content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
- Upload images containing personal information of others without consent
- Use automated systems or bots to access the App
- Resell or redistribute generated content as a commercial service
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of the images you upload to Haven AI. By uploading images, you grant us a limited license to process and generate design suggestions based on your images.
6.2 Generated Content
AI-generated designs created through the App are provided for your personal use. The ownership and usage rights of generated content may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI service providers.
6.3 App Content
The App, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by Haven AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
7. Subscription and Payment
Certain features of Haven AI may require a subscription or payment. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as described in the App
- Provide accurate payment information
- Automatic renewal terms, if applicable
- Our refund policy as stated in the App
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Important Notice: Haven AI uses artificial intelligence to generate design suggestions. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, suitable, or feasible for actual implementation. We strongly recommend:
- Consulting with professional designers, architects, or contractors before implementing any designs
- Verifying that designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Understanding that AI-generated images are visualizations, not construction plans
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Haven AI is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of AI-generated designs
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App
- We are not responsible for costs incurred from implementing AI-generated designs
- We are not liable for issues arising from third-party API services
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of Haven AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy, including:
- Images you upload for processing
- Usage data and preferences
- Device information

11. Third-Party Services
Haven AI integrates with third-party AI services (including Replicate and others). Your use of these services through our App is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party service providers.
12. Proxy and VPN Detection
For security reasons, Haven AI may detect and restrict usage when proxy servers or VPNs are active. This is to protect the integrity of API keys and prevent unauthorized access.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Haven AI at any time, without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse of the service
- Any other reason at our sole discretion
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haven AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you upload to the App
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Haven AI regarding your use of the App.
